Scientific paper

Spectra of the QSO pair Q0107-025 A and B and 1244+17 will be obtained
with the FOS G160L to check for Lyman Edge absorption. If this is
absent, the pairs will be used to search for any absorption systems
which may or may not be in common with the two, thus setting limits on
the linear size of the clouds.
