Coarse position of 4.3 aperture will be determined for FOS/RED and
FOS/BLUE. A large, two-stage ACQ/PEAK sequence will be used initially
to acquire a target and will be followed by confirming ACQ images at the
derived aperture position. Confirmation of UPLINKed telescope movements
and POS TARG movements in X and Y will also be made.
