The second generation HST instruments were designed for a collimated
telescope. As part of the post-servicing commissioning the secondary
mirror will be adjusted to remove residual coma. FOC data will obtained
before and after the secondary mirror moves. Cycle 3 is specified to get
the pre-COSTAR deployment apertures.
