This proposal defines the routine internal monitor to be run "weekly"
for the WFPC2 in SMOV. The initial data set includes bias frames,
k-spot images and visflat images. After the UV cal lamp is enabled,
uvflat images will be taken. After the TECs are turned on, long dark
frames will be taken.
