We have observed the water fountain source OH009.1-0.4 with the ATCA. It shows the widest range of water maser emission of any known Galactic source (~400km/s). We interpret the data to either mean we either see the the water fountain almost along the jet or it has an extremely young and fast wide-angle outflow. To distinguish between these scenrios, we will use the LBA over multiple epochs to initially look for relative proper motions. This will allow us to constrain the inclination angle of the jet. If possible, we will use absolute proper motions to accurately determine the position, velocity and parallax distance to this remarkable source.
