A closed form is found for the Van Stockum interior solution of Einstein's equations representing rigidly rotating dust. The part of the solution which is regular on the rotation axis is expressed in terms of an arbitrary function of one variable. An expression for the solution is obtained near the axis of rotation and an explicit particular solution is presented. It is noted that a similar procedure can be followed for the author's rigidly rotating charged dust solution.
