Scientific paper
Variations in expressions for the Hubble parameter are investigated to determine bounds on models of an evolving universe. It is shown that closed and flat universes are possible, while open universes are impossible. Numerical constants are defined that require experimental data for confirming the existence of either the flat or the closed universe.
