Although central to all observations using Adaptive Optics, the behavior of AO Point Spread Functions is still not well understood. Globular clusters serve as ideal targets for studying the AO PSF becuase they are crowded and have several bright stars for guiding. Using the AO system at Lick Observatory we have obtained observations of M15 over two nights in J, H, and K' bands. These observations are the first to have equal coverage over several nights at a variety of airmasses, and give Strehl ratios that span over 60'' from the guide star. We have also compared these observations to a model involving a single Kolmogorov turbulence layer and a variable number of corrected Zernike modes. This reproduces the behavior of Strehl ratios as a function of off-axis angle. To complement this program, tests have been performed on the photometric and astrometric capabilities of the new ``Starfinder'' package (Diolaiti, et al., ADASS IX, ASP Conference Proceedings, Vol. 216) using a similar crowded stellar field. This software package is the first specifically designed for AO PSFs. Preliminary results indicate that Starfinder is sensitive to the choice of PSF and I will discuss the effect on astrometry and photometry of crowded stellar fields.
