The RAS has instituted a new type of membership - Friends of the RAS - open to all those interested in supporting the aims of the Society who do not meet the scholarly requirements of Fellowship.
Images of the Cosmic Spiral window from Burlington House will be shown in Prague as part of a multimedia presentation linking art and astronomy. The featured sandblasted and coloured window was made by Sally Scott.
