A detailed analysis is carried out on the influence of the effects of
the very heavy neutrino annihilation (mnu greater than 44
GeV) on the cosmic ray production in the galaxy. Also considered are the
possibilities of the search for such neutrinos at accelerators in the
reaction e(+) e(-) yields nu nu-tilde gamma.
