Long-period variations of cosmic rays in the 1936-1991 period have been studied on the basis of multiyear observations of cosmic-ray intensity using different detectors. The energy spectrum of long-period variations is determined for the 1953-1991 period. It is shown that the form of the spectrum remains constant in the maxima of cycles 19 to 22, and differs substantially from that of the spectrum in the minima of these cycles.
