Scientific paper

Observational data on high-energy solar cosmic rays (SCRs) for several flares are examined, and the energy spectra and their upper bound are calculated. Numerical simulation results on SCR propagation are also presented, taking into account variations of the energy spectrum and using experimental SCR data obtained via detectors on the earth's surface, under the ground, and on satellites.
