The experiment in which the smallest radio telescope in near space carried by a high apogee 'Prognoz-9' satellite is discussed and its reception of an uninterrupted microwave background radiation. By studying the distribution of the background radiation's radiobrightness temperature, the development of separate parts and fragments of the universe is analyzed, along with the solar system's direction and velocity relative to the background radiation. It is concluded that the main achievement of the experiment is the functioning of the radio telescope.
