90<=A<=149, Elementary Particle Processes

The 149Sm(d,3He) reaction has been used to
populate levels in 148Pm. Nineteen new excited states have
been observed below 1 MeV excitation energy in 148Pm. The
possible astrophysical implications of these results are discussed.
