The author presents general relativistic analysis of magnetofluid disk around compact objects like black holes by neglecting the effect of fluid disk on the geometry of the spacetime. He has derived the general dynamical equations and Maxwell equations in the proper Lorentz frame. Using linear perturbation approximation in the physical quantities, perturbation equations are also derived.
