A case study of study of acceleration phenomena that occurred between a propagation interplanetary shock (IPS) and the Earth bow shock is reported. It is shown that electron re-acceleration occurred during the IPS acceleration event, which occurred on October 18, 1995. The bidirectional anisotropy of the accelerated electrons indicated shock reacceleration of these electrons.
