Nuclear Reaction Models And Methods, Hydrostatic Stellar Nucleosynthesis

We review and compare some theoretical models used in nuclear astrophysics. Applications are presented for the 3He(3He,2p)α and 12C(p,γ)13N reactions (R-matrix), for the 3He(α,γ)7Be reaction (potential model), and for the 8Li(α,n)11B reaction (microscopic model). Screening effects in the 3He(3He,2p)α reaction are briefly discussed.
