In the present paper, the motion of a material particle in the gravitational field of a rotating triaxial ellipsoid is analyzed under the assumption of a precise commensurability between the angular velocity of the ellipsoid and the mean orbital motion of the particle. Families of Schwarzschild-type periodic solutions are obtained for some low-order commensurabilities and a range of values of a parameter characterizing the shape of the ellipsoid.
