Using the criterion of excess entropy production about stability in
nonlinear and nonequilibrium thermodynamics, the stability of stellar
structure during PPI reaction in the stars of solar type is analyzed. It
is shown that the star must be stable if only Y less than 8.9, X = H(1),
Y = He(4). It is obviously satisfied for normal stars.
