Phoenix SSI images show water ice hazes late in the mission. Diffraction
by the ice particles constrains the effective radius to 20-50
µm. Diurnal changes in water vapor exceed the cloud abundance, and
daily adsorption of ~15 µm of water in the soil is suggested.
