The dynamics of the two-year variations of cosmic rays, general magnetic
field, interplanetary magnetic field, solar wind velocity, and
geomagnetic activity is determined. The two-year variation of the
general magnetic field of the sun is shown to be responsible for the
two-year variation of cosmic rays.
