We present high 12CO/13CO abundance ratios toward several YSOs in Rho
Ophiuchus. Our results may be revealing an evolutionary trend from
diffuse cloud to YSO, which would impact GCE models used to explain
solar system and ISM 12C/13C discrepancies.
