This is a monitor proposal to regularly update the WFPC standard data base of darks, biases, and preflashes. It also checks for the onset of QEH using F439W. Finally it takes KSPOTS in both cameras, which provides a measure of mechanical stability on orbit. The proposal uses only internal targets and is intended to run on a non-interference basis. It should be run every four weeks.
