This proposal defines the spectral lamp test for Echelle B. It is an internal test which makes measurements of the wavelength lamp SC2. It calibrates the carrousel function, Y deflections, resolving power, sensitivity, and scattered light. It will be run every 4 months. The carrousel function and Y deflection function coefficients will be updated in the project data base. The wavelength calibration dispersion constants will be updated in the PODPS calibration data base.
