In PKS 2135-147, we will measure absorption of Ly-alpha and C IV at the
emission-line redhift. We will study the properties of z(a)=z(e)
absorption lines in this, the lowest redshift QSO with a z(a)=z(e)
absorption system. Wavelengths and line strengths, combined with future
imaging, will elucidate the properties of these systems.
