With the present and future power laser installations, it is possible to consider the analysis of very energetic phenomena of astrophysical interest. We can study microscopic physics processes under extreme conditions of density and/or temperature, like the equation of state or opacities, or the production in laboratory of macroscopic processes of high energy. We will present a study of radiative shocks carried out with the laser LULI at the Polytechnic School, and we will show the parallelism between these shocks and the accretion shocks during star formation.
