Numerical calculations have been performed for the collapse of anaxially-symmetric rotating protoneutron star of mass 1.09 M&sun;with a rotating envelope of mass 0.81 M&sun;. For q(≡total angular momentum / (M(GM/ C2)C))˜= 1, it is found that depending on the rotation law a rapidly rotating spheroid, disk or ring-like shape neutron star is formed.
