A detailed study of the optical counterpart of the X-ray source 2S 0114+650 has been made. Identification of spectral lines has been carried out, their parameters have been determined. The spectral class Sp = B0.2±0.2 and the absolute stellar magnitude Mv = -6m.74 (from hydrogen lines) and Mv = -4m.33±0.21 (using lines of other elements) have been estimated. UBV photometry of the object has been made.
