Two-dimensional spatial energy spectra for the magnetic and kinetic fields in solar active regions are computed from observations. By averaging over azimuth, one-dimensional spectra are obtained and corrections for atmospheric degradation are performed. The resulting profiles are compared with the observational spectra and the theory published by other authors.
