We report here the first detection of the S.Z. decrement at submillimeter wavelengths. It has been achieved towards the rich cluster Abell 2163, using the PRONAOS 2-meter stratospheric telescope. Combining this measurements with ISO and ground based data allows to show a synthetic spectrum from far-infrared to millimeter wavelengths. This spectrum exhibits both the foreground galactic dust emission and the full, positive and negative, S.Z. distorsion of the CMB. This work illustrates the importance of the FIR/submm data (as it will be provide on the Planck satelitte) to correctly clean millimeter CMB from dust contamination.
