Scientific paper

Recent unfiltered CCD observations are used to construct a light curve
for V802 Aql. Based on this we show that V802 Aql is an an eclipsing
binary of W UMa-type with period 0.2677 days rather than a delta Scuti
star of period 0.1338 days.
