We describe the process by which |Vcb| can be extracted from
B → D*ℓνℓ decays. We present a preliminary
CLEO measurement of the B → D*ℓνℓ branching
fraction of 5.84 ± 0.34 ± 0.64%, where the first error is
statistical and the second error is systematic.
