The mixing effects and the $CP(T)$--violating formalism for Kaon, B--mesons
and similar unstable oscillating systems, are recovered by means of a method
based on the properties of the complex singularities in the $S$--matrix theory
with unstable intermediate states. General $q^2$--dependent relations for
CP--asymmetries are then introduced.
