Results from the Advanced Composition Explorer (ACE) have clearly shown that the isotopic composition of solar energetic particles (SEPs) varies considerably from event to event, by factors of >3 for ratios such as ^22Ne/^20Ne, for example. This mass fractionation presumably occurs during the acceleration and/or transport of these particles. As measurements are made in more SEP events, it becomes possible to discern patterns in the fractionation and develop methods of correcting for it in order to deduce the source composition at the corona. We present ACE SEP isotope measurements of 10 abundant elements from C to Ni made in more than 12 large events from late 1997 to the present. We show that the isotopic and elemental enhancements are correlated, discuss the corrections used to account for the variability, and obtain coronal abundances. We compare the coronal values and their uncertainties inferred from SEPs with those available from solar wind or spectroscopic measurements. We find good agreement with the solar wind values, with comparable accuracy.
