We propose a survey study of NLS1 with the following 3 goals in mind: (I) We propose to observe a few bright NLS1 and analysis these objects in great detail. (II) We propose a number of intermediate bright NLS1 for which we will determine basic spectral parameters and flux measurements. (III) Our third goal is to simply make a detection of a number of fainter NLS1 to determine the feasabiliy of future XMM-Newton studies.
