Some new results in k-plane gravitational lensing are presented. They
include the genericity-stability aspects of stable time-delay families
and lensing maps; lower bounds on the total magnification of a lensed
light source; a general formula for magnification cross sections; and
the high-tail magnification cross section scalings near folds and cusps.
