Using the hydrodynamic approach, we consider the quark-gluon plasma as the perfect colour-spin fluid. The variational theory of such fluid is developed and the quark-gluon plasma fluid is considered as a self-gravitating system. We use the Robertson-Walker metric and the equation of state of the fluid corresponding to the MIT model. As a result we derive that the sum of the total matter density and the vacuum energy density (the generalized cosmological term) is equal to the critical energy density multiplied by the deceleration parameter q, which is equal to unit in case of a flat cosmological model.
