We extend the gravitational Fermi gas model approach to the case of finite temperature, following the same scheme as the T = 0K case: writing the Poisson equation for the Newtonian gravity case and the Oppenheimer-Volkoff equations for the general relativistic case. The role of the Fermi energy is played by an energy cut-off Ec, the distribution functions used are the nondegenerate Fermi-Dirac one and the Maxwell-Boltzmann one, both truncated by Ec.
