We study the third quantization of a Brans-Dicke toy model, we calculated the number density of the universes created from nothing, which has a Planckian form. Also by means of the functional Schrodinger equation, we get the Heisenberg uncertainty relation and we obtain that quantum fluctuations of the third-quantized universe field rapidly decrease in the course of cosmic expansion and it becomes exponentially large for small scales.
