We present observations of NGC4151 using XMM-Newton. The total observing time was ~100 ks, all within a single orbit (nearly contiguous over a 39 hour period). Preliminary analysis shows that a narrow Fe-K line is preferred in these observations. At least 27 soft energy emission lines are detected in the RGS spectrum, and the overall RGS spectrum appears to be in good agreement with Chandra grating spectrum results. We will discuss the results of analysis of the EPIC and RGS spectra, including investigation of any spectral variability that might be present. OM images taken with a UV filter will also be presented and discussed.
