To carry out images with a PST is possible, with a webcam, a digittal or classic camera. Only the webcam allows a direct access to the optics primary's focus. If not, it is necessary to use an eyepiece and to proceed by projection, which, under certain conditions, makes it possible to reach the resolving power of the instrument. This article gives a process making it possible to reach that point and in the example describes here, were used an eyepiece of the Plössl type of 26mm of focal lenght and a webcam Phillips Vesta Pro with black and white CCD chips. To make images is one point, to lay down of it the orientation and the focal distance resulting from the system used in is another point : this determination extremely useful for the exploitation of the images obtained will be then treated under two different approaches.
