We propose multiple CO observations in order to reveal cloud properties in the furthest spiral arm in the Milky Way.A sensitive unbiased 12CO survey by 4m NANTEN telescope found distant molecular clouds at R =14-19 kpc in the southern Galactic warp (Nakagawa et al. 2005). Some of these clouds exist in the arm. Nakagawa et al. unfortunately could not spatially resolve each cloud, which have typical sizes of 10 pc. Because warp clouds are far from us, typically at 10 kpc, high-resolution observation are required. At present MOPRA is best suited to resolve the warp clouds. In this study we aim to establish the physical properties of molecular clouds without any associated IRAS sources and compare with the star-forming clouds.
