This is resubmission of the approved proposal due to expiration before being scheduled during the previous semester. A water maser feature in a star-forming region Orion-KL had a remarkable outburst event in 1997. The burst feature at ~7 km/s is characterised by its strong fractional linear polarisation up to 60%. The feature is now in a relatively quiescent phase but still varying rapidly with polarised emission as high as 50% during flares. Via multi-epoch VLBI polarisation mapping we study the variation in polarisation position angle of the spot and its proper motion with respect to the system, to clarify their mechanism of this peculiar feature. In addition to linear polarisation vectors, we aim to measure magnetic field strength via the Zeeman effect and determine its three dimensional structure. This will be the first trial to investigate the internal structure of magnetic field within a single maser feature.
