Scientific paper

Statistical models of ionospheric radio signals are normalized in a
nonstandard way in terms of quantiles distribution functions. A quantum
analog of the correlation coefficient characterizing the relationship
between the processes is obtained. The relationship with moment
characteristics is shown on the example of the Pareto distribution.
