This ISR defines CALNICB, the second and final stage of the STScI NICMOS calibration pipeline. CALNICB contains the elements of the pipeline which operate on the members of an association of NICMOS exposures. It removes cosmic rays by anti-coincidence detection, constructs mosaics from pre-defined patterns of observations, and measures and subtracts the background.
