A statistical analysis using the likelihood Ratio (LR) as event weight
for high statistic experiment is described. Making use of one or more
discriminating variables to maximize the signal search sensitivity, LR
test-statistic effectively extends the normal event counting to weighted
event counting, in case of a high statistic experiment.
