The report consists of the following five articles: (1) Technical Parameters of Satellites 1958 Delta and 1958 Epsilon, by J. B. Clarke, an extension of the earlier report on technical parameters, Special Report 12. (2) Communications Center of the Optical Satellite Tracking Program, by C. M. Peterson, an outline of the duties and equipment of the SAO communications center. (3) Orbital Acceleration of Satellite 1958 Beta Two, by L. G. Jacchia and R. E. Briggs (SCA 6, p. 13), an analysis of 1450 minitrack observations of Satellite 1958 β2, which were reduced by use of the subsatellite-point program. (4) Atmospheric Densities from Explorer IV, by G. F. Schilling and C. A. Whitney, an analysis of orbital changes of Satellite 1958 Epsilon performed to derive upper atmosphere densities in the altitude interval of 257 km to 270 km between latitudes 50° N and 31° S. (5) Moonwatch Catalogue - July and August, 1958, prepared by E. P. Bullis and L. Campbell, Jr., a continuation of the listing given in the previous Moonwatch catalog, Special Report 14, including observations of Satellites 1958 Alpha, 1958 β1 and β2, 1958 δ1 and δ2, and 1958 Epsilon.
