X-ray reflectivity and surface scattering measurements between 8.34 A and 44.8 A have been performed on three geometrically identical 32 cm diameter Wolter type I telescopes of high surface finish. The telescopes are made from aluminum, plated with kanigen and coated with a reflecting gold layer. Based on the results from three telescopes, a tendency for a correlation between reflectivity and surface scattering level is observed. The reflectivity data are compared and found to agree with theoretically expected values.
