The spectra of the gravitational lenses H 1413+117 (the "Clover Leaf") and Q 2237+030 ("Einstein Cross") obtained with a significant signal accumulation time are studied. In the spectrum of H 1413+117 two new systems of narrow absorption lines with the redshifts of 0.31 and 0.75 are found; the first system seems probably to be due to a foreground cluster of galaxies. From Q 2237+030 two-dimensional spectroscopy data, star velocity dispersion of the lensing galaxy at different distances from the centre within 6 kpc is estimated. The star velocity dispersion at the galaxy centre is equal to 280 km/sec, and its average within the studied region is 185 km/sec.
