Scientific paper

Based on the assumptions that the neutrino charge need not to be exactly
zero and that there exists a strong magnetic field inside the Sun, the
authors explain the deficit of solar neutrinos observed on the Earth.
Principal implications of this findings and highlights for future
studies are given.
